Typically, orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Actual time may vary, however we promise to do our absolute best in order to meet our estimates.

Q: Are your products durable?

Each of our products go through a rigorous prototyping and testing phase prior to production. We subject each of our products to regular use, and other wear and tear that may be common. Each of our products are specifically designed with the item's structural integrity and rigidity in mind.

It is important to remember that while built to last, our products are not invincible. Through improper use, each of our products are susceptible to failures and flaws.

Q: What are your products made of?

Our products are 3D printed out of a durable, heat-resistant PLA+ plastic. Made from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugar cane, PLA+ is a natural polymer often used as an alternative to petroleum-based plastics.
